Jump Tips:
Always point your toes. Do not bend over in the air. Do not land "frog legged" The perfection of your jumps are more important then hieght.Practice your jumps EVERYDAY and with practice you can have good form and good hieght. Wear ankle wieghts when practicing your jumps. They will help build stronger leg muscles used to jump.

  The Three parts to a perfect Jump ...The Prep The prep is what is going to give you your power to jump. You start with your feet together and your arms in a high V. Slowly your swing your arms inward in a circle and bend your knees.

toe touch
  The Lift Jump up trough your toes. Once you are airborn, hit your jumps with your toes pointed and a smile on your face.

Hurkie
  The Landing Land with your feet together and SLITLY bend your knees to take the pressure off your ankles.
